With Tomatoes you can organize your tasks, improve your efficiency and make your time more productive.
Inspired by The Pomodoro Technique®, Tomatoes allows you to split your tasks into activities, providing as many units of time as necessary for their realization.
Use tags and search functions to organize your personal workflow.
Tomatoes' user interface is simple, minimal and intuitive. You do not have to learn anything. Be more productive from the very first moment. When Tomatoes is hidden you can monitor your timer through a menu-bar item.
The activities are organized into groups to keep them always under control. You can use a generic timer or associate an activity with it. Tomatoes will automatically keep track of the used units.
Reorganize your activities with a simple drag and drop, move them from one group to another, rearrange their order, associate an activity with the timer and do much more.

Tomatoes is easy to use out of the box,
but it can be tailored in every aspect

Tomatoes has a dedicated window for graphical and textual statistics, that can be filtered by a given date range and grouped by days, weeks and months.
Statistics are fully customizable: choose the default date range and grouping, the tooltips you want to see and your favourite colours for the graph.
You can even view your statistics according to the time zone you are in.
Tomatoes imports your to-do from Apple Reminders.
Create your reminder from your favourite device and easily create your new activities from them. These reminders can be shown in Tomatoes, where you can easily import them. Choose whether to import the reminders leaving them intact, or deleting them after import.
Export your entire database in a convenient CSV format. Choose which delimiter to use. Use your data and parse them the way you like.
Tomatoes is fully customizable: choose the duration of your timer and of your breaks, set whether to hide the Tomatoes menu-bar item and decide which dialog alerts to display and which sounds to play.
Tomatoes can be controlled via comfortable keyboard-shortcuts.
A complete set of sounds will help you achieve a more effective control of your activities and of your time.
